Zindler Service Co. takes a real hands-on approach including routine and random on-site inspections with our Quality Control Division. Route Managers and Operation Managers inspect properties on a daily basis, giving extra attention to common areas, responding to special requests and taking in tenant comments and feedback. Clients are also supplied a Tenant Log Book, ideal for managing unique problems or concerns. In the end, it's our personal touch that will give you the peace of mind you deserve.
